On the West Coast (Atlantic Ocean) of South Africa, only forty-five minute drive from Cape Town, 24 luxury eco beach houses will be built in a private nature reserve.

 The 940 ha former farm area "Tygerfontein" has almost six kilometres of unspoiled sandy beach. Its vegetation, pristine dunes and unique fynbos, is protected by the UNESCO.

Want to own a piece of paradise?

The main objective of this sustainable residential project is to protect the indigenous vegetation and animals.

Due to the use of natural resources, such as being serviced by solar pumped spring water and generating its own electrical power with solar panels, each house will be self-contained and thus will not depend on external suppliers.

 A first show house has been completed, can be viewed and is up for sale.
