On the West Coast (Atlantic Ocean) of South Africa, only forty-five minute drive from Cape Town, 24 luxury eco beach houses will be built in a private nature reserve.

 The 940 ha former farm area "Tygerfontein" has almost six kilometres of unspoiled sandy beach. Its vegetation, pristine dunes and unique fynbos, is protected by the UNESCO.
